TIPTON, Iowa–The early deadline for filmmakers to submit entries to the Hardacre Film Festival–Iowa’s longest-running showcase for independent film–is March 31. Filmmakers can submit through the festival’s website or its listing at Withoutabox.com. The final submission deadline is June 1.
